"I have a skin care business which most of the time keeps me busy. Last summer, I noticed that some of my customers that had been very faithful had started to come less often or stopped coming altogether. I wanted to somehow market those customers to let them know that their absence had been noticed. I found a really cute "spa" card in my Card Program, put a note in the card and mailed it to them. Within a couple of weeks, I had several of them to call me and say they received my card and they had been thinking of me and wanted to schedule appointments. I think when you are trying to build a business and build relationships with people, it is important that they know that you notice when they are absent and that they are important to you and your business. People will support you if they feel you appreciate them. Since I have been using the Card Program, I have found it to be so benefical to me and my business.
